Simple to use and very helpful! Love it!

When trying to login with facebook, message pops up: This app is still in development mode, and you dont have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. Also, there are very few exercises shown that people are able to do without any equipment. So its not so helpful for trying to workout wherever you are.

Wide variety of exercises with a wide variety of equipment, helps when you are on the road or want to mix the routine up.

Very good is you want to get in shape

Fired up Back Trainer app and got a sheet-down as for "Ab trainer". Sadly, theres no way to close that ad, so I cant proceed with using Back Trainer. Looks promising though.

Awesome app, really knows just the moves for someone to get a sexy back. Especially if you dont have access to a gym!

The guy sounds like the perfect workout instructor.
